I created the Turner Corner Leadership Academy so SMEs don’t have to choose between expensive external hires or promoting people and hoping for the best. It’s practical, cost-effective, and built around real day-to-day leadership situations; giving your team leaders the skills and support they need to succeed.
Is this for new or experienced leaders?
Both! The Academy supports aspiring leaders, newly appointed team leaders, and leaders with a couple of years’ experience. New leaders build strong foundations fast; experienced leaders sharpen consistency, coaching and decision-making.
If we sign up to Community Access only, can we upgrade to VIP access?
Absolutely. You can choose to pay the difference in cost monthly or annually (based on your existing payment method).
Are the sessions live or recorded?
The quarterly 3-hour sessions are live and interactive; and will also be recorded for those who can’t attend. The monthly 1-hour masterclasses are recorded so your team leaders can watch them when it suits them.
What if they join and change their mind?
You’re protected.
Annual subscriptions: You can cancel anytime so it won’t renew after 12 months. Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund (no quibbles), If you opted not to start with a free 30 day trial. After 30 days, no refunds on annual subscriptions.
